Our wedding will be held on the white sand beaches of Pensacola Beach, Florida.

The closest airport is in Pensacola (the city, not the beach), about 30 minutes from the wedding location. Chances are you won’t be able to find a direct flight there, unless you are flying out of Houston (and we made a point of not inviting anyone from Texas). You could also fly into a neighboring airport if it saves you money to drive from there (try Mobile AL, Tallahassee FL, or even New Orleans). We encourage you to search on Kayak.com, where you can set flexible dates and search for multiple airports.

For NY/NJ folks: Round trip prices from NY/NJ airports are currently about $350, but will likely fluctuate over the next few months. A cheaper option if it is convenient for you is flying out of Philadelphia, which may save you about $100.

Airport and Wedding Shuttles

We will be running shuttles from the airport on Friday and Saturday, and back to the airport on Sunday and Monday. If you are coming in at an odd time, or wish to be mobile while you are down here, we recommend renting a car or arranging for taxi service. We will also be running a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding and back (details TBD).

Exact airport shuttle times will be determined based on flight itineraries. Unless you will be organizing your own transportation, please send us your itinerary when you book your flight. Thank you!
